Dear Sir/ Madam
I bought Blackberry Mobile Handset 9300 Curve 3G two months ago as suggested by one of my friend and thereon I became one of your renowned consumer. But I am regularly facing Hanging problems and Battery back is also very low since then. Even If i don't take any call the battery went off automatically in couple of hours. I have tried removing all the loaded data and uploaded videos and songs but still facing the same problem. Therefore, I am not that much satisfied with the blackberry services which i expected Its EMEI number is 357123044404332 and the mobile number is 9910404707.Please lemme know the best alternative or else i have no other option but to stop using Blackberry
