Hanging problem in mobile

My name is hitesh sharma, i have purchased a set of blackberry 9520 strom 2. from M/S PARTY PEOPLE, model town, ludhiana vide bill no 543, on dated 19/04.

set no. is 356297031641915.

from the purchase date i am facing the hanging problem in my hand set. in this problem i cannot make or receive a call .all the function are hanged at same time.kindly solve my problem as early as possible.
