Blackberry 9700
Poor Handset quality

Dear Blackberry or whoever,

I had bought Blackberry Bold 9700 just 2 months back, and had lot of good expectations from it. Till now i have encountered many software bugs and now my display is also not working. I cant see anything properly on screen. Being a IT professional, i need it the most all the time. I have tried customer care number, but its not working. I have tried service centre numbers, but seems that no one is interested to pick my call and solve my issue.

Now i cant even read my work emails and other very important mails, which is hampering my patience a lot.

In Easy words, either replace it and give me new phone with fully tested as its in warranty or give me a better upgraded phone. i have not spend 26, 000 for facing any such stupid issues. I am looking forward to put an official complaint at the earliest being serious if nothing is done about it immediately.
