Sim invalid.battery heat, phone memory card not reading

I bought Orion 908 model mobile phone on 10/10/10. Since same day I faced complained of Invalid Sim, Blue tooth not working, memory card not reading and battery get heated during charging. So I given for repair at Friends Moble (Authorised service dealer). But till date they are not able to correct the problem and they not ready to exchange the phone. Kindly help me.
