Blackberry Bold 9000 Mobile
Not working properly from the beginning

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have purchased my Blackberry Bold 9000 mobile handset (IEME: 980042005737149) for Rs. 22, 300/- on 05/10 form Star Mobitel Ltd, UG- 231, Promonade Mall, Vasant Kunj. I want to bring this in your notice that the handset BB9000 is not workling properly. Some problems i am facing are as follow :-

1. The whole phone get heated including display and battery.

2. Lost of networks.

3. Hanging problem.

4. Turned switched of automatically.

5. Battery discharged very soon.

I am not at all happy after buying the same, I am also using Apple I phone from last 18 months, havent faced any problem with that.

I request you to please look into the matter and get my problem fixed as soon as possible, if same not happen it will compele me to hand over this matter to my solicitor.
