Faulty handset

I purchased a bold 4 (9900) in the month of september from one of the reputed blackberry delears in mumbai.

From the very beginning the handset was malfunctioning. It used to reboot automatically and display some kind of error message.

Now i managed to get the handset replaced within a month's time with the authorised service centre at Khar. They replaced the phone with a new handset.

I had a similar problem with the new handset.

Once again I got my phone replaced within a couple of days for the second time and they replaced the handset with a new one.

Now this is the third handset that I am using since last four months which has a similar problem when i was out of the country for almost a month, My handset just rebooted and i lost all my data, my emails, sms, all contacts etc which caused great inconvenience to me and my business.

On my return from abroad I sent this handset to the service center at khar on 5th jan and I was told that the problem would be sorted out with the new software release.

Unfortunately when they upgraded my phone, it started behaving more erratic.

It started dialling on its own. It was not responding to the keys pressed. I could'nt hear voice calls, niether could others hear me at times.

Presently the handset is given for repairs at Redington Khar (West).

I request you to change my handset to another model for I conclude that there is a fault in these handsets (blackberry bold 9900) that were sold by blackberry here in mumbai.
