Blackberry 9700 not being replaced

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Amit Rana and i have mailed you before many times but hav not got satisfactory replies from you. I had a Blackberry

Bold 9700 IMEI 352479044789915 for which a DOA certificate was

issued by Redington. The handset was purchase from Janta Watch House, 499/2D Gandhi Nagar Delhi-110031) along with all accessories, bill & DOA certificate 15 days back. Redington customer support told me a reference id RL06063222 for the same on 6th May. The Handset belongs to the distributor Beetel Teletech limited. Inspite

of all this the i no clue regarding the replacement. It seems everyone wants to make profits but none wants to provide consumer satisfaction. Due to this i am facing a lot of problem as i am without a handset for more than 20 days inspite of spending Rs 27000. It seems i have wasted all my money and nobody is providing any solution, neither redington nor Beetel Teletech Limited
