Problem in speake

Hello i have a blackberry storm 9530, I bought from NAAPTOL Online. Order ID 2884536 on dated 25/11. The problem in this fone when anyone call me so I cant hear his voice it’s a problem from 1st day i think its a speaker problem and the blackberry service center is in Dehradun so I cant able to go there because it’s a 80 kms far from here so I will request to u that do something in my favor.
