Not attented since last 15 days

I had purchased Onida Microwave oven from Endovision Electronics, Ludhiana vide bill no. 1182 dt. 25.10.2011. It went out of order with in one month only. We started communicating verbally, they visited & told PCB failed & they don't have any PCB in stock, kept on chasing them, but nothing happened. After that finally got registered the complaint vide no. 12021986380512 on 15th Feb., again no body turned up with in 15 days, when checked after 15 days, to my surprise they told that call is closed on 16th. Now on 1.3.2012 I called up them again to revive the same complaint. I am too much disappointed with the after sale service & feed back system. I simply want the replacement for the same ASAP.
