Dear SIr,
I purchased a blackberry 9520 after purchase in next 2 days I found that my mobile has a netweork problem and serious hanging problem for which i send my mobile to your redington service centre in kanpur, i was assured that it was minor fault and the software has been updated and you would not face this problme any longer after using it 2 hours i found the same problem again, to which i contacted your people again and then again software was updated again, with no difference the condition was same to which i surrendered my mobile for repairs on 15.06.10 with assurance from your service team to get my mobile repaired or replaced from yr head office in maxium of 7 working days. It is now 12.07.10 i have not received my mobile I have been in continous touch with your service staff in kanpur Name Mrs Manisha, Mr Rinku, Mr C.p sharma, Mr Manoj from past 15 days i m been fooled like donkeys and been givem assurance every day that you will get yr mobile in 2 days. and the current status is that no answer to when the mobile would be handed to me.
I personally believe that blackberry India is selling all defective mobiles and the service provided by them is very very unsatisfactory with no response and no responsiblity what so ever. I humbly request kindly return my handset in any condition so that i can sell it off, It was my major mistake that I opted for buying blackberry phones, I am very satisfied with the service provided by Nokia.

Kindly return my mobile in any condition earliest as possible as it clearly reflects that main Mission of Blackberry company is to sell defective mobiles to indian customers and provide them no service with endless claims of 20000 repairs every month in there website.
