Blackberry Redington cheats customers

I purchased blackberry bold 9700 six month back with 1.5 year of warranty from Chandigarh. After six month it starts giving problems like automatic shutdown & restart. I visited customer care service at Sector 20 Chandigarh, Redington. The level of support was very non professional, it was the poorest ever support and customer handling in india.

1. *Visit-1: On my first visit to customer service center (Sector 20 Chandigarh, Redington): Without touching my handing set they told me that your set has some hardware problem and we cannot resolve this issue this time.

2. *Visit-2: They told me that your set has some issues with software and they reinstalled software, and erased all of my data and contacts. But the problem was still there.

3. *Visit-3: They told me that we will send your set to Noida for repair. That time everything was working with only one issue i.e. automatic shutdown & restart. They sent my set to Noida for repair. After 4 days i received an email stating that your sent has liquid damage and cannot be repaired.

4. *Visit-4: Then after 7 days recovered my dead set from customer care and noting was working, even the screen display was not working (screen display was working fine earlier).

After this harassment i contacted with some private mobile repair center, he stated that:

1. There is no liquid damage in the SET

2. Some of the circuits/units has been damaged

3. Screen display has been changed

In total Blackberry, Redington cheated me and damaged in set of cost Rs 27000.00. Can anyone suggest what should i do with these cheaters.
