Blackberry torch 9860
Frequently hang and unable to load new version

I have purchased Blackberry torch 9860 mobile hand set IMEI no. 357826041206498 invoice no. 49, dated 6/10 from Passion Mobile & photo studio Shop no. 10, Rudra Plaza near mother milk place, judges bungalow cross road, Ahmedabad -380015. Mob. no. 9724501505/ 7878288588

Problem of mobile hanging started soon after purchase. I took mobile for repairing. It's software was updated to solve the problem. After one month problem again started and they have loaded old version of application software thinking that problem will resolved. but instead of solving the problem now I am unable to use it as more hanging leading to disconnect the application.

Ever after several visit to authorized Blackberry center in Ahmedabad at Redington India ltd., near mithakhali six road, navrangpura. Phone no. 079-26561802.

This hand set is in warranty period now but if they not solve the problem in time then may give excuse that warranty period is expired.

Requesting to take up the issue strongly to either replace the handset or refund the amount at the earliest as without proper working of mobile my work suffer a lot causing huge loss to work.
