No delivery reports on CDMA simcard

I am not getting sms delivery reports on CDMA card, whereas on GSM i am gettting it. reliance customer care when contacted said that it is not our fault, show the handset to the service centre of bleu. bleu people say that our handset is perfect, check with the service provider.
now what to do... waiting for the reply
