Service center denying service

I submitted my BLEU 476X mobile on 25-09-09 at adonis electronics pvt ltd chennai main branch 18 4th lane nugambakkam high road near to CA institute chennai- 600034. service center contact no.[044-28330220].

since then two months have been passed but i haven't received any positive response from their side. they are simply postponing the dates . kindly suggest me or take severe action against them. i assure you i have all the certified documents of my product.
