DEFECTIVE AC N INEFFICIENT SERVICING

I, MANISH NAGAR ADVOCATE, CHAMBER NO.395, PATIALA HOUSE COURTS, NEW DELHI-110001, RESIDENT OF 16G/1, GALI NO.16, MOLARBAND EXTENSION, BADARPUR, NEW DELHI-110044 have purchased Blue Star 1.5 ton Window Air conditioner (2WAE-1814A) from Manish Electronics, an authorised dealer of Blue Star on 17th september

This notice is in reference to complaint no. S1204030081, B1205030439 and B1206120356.These are the complaint numbers that we have been making for last 2-3 months. S1204030081 was in respect of change of compressor. The compressor was changed as per complaint but since then the AC has not been working properly. We have lodged so many complaints at Blue Star Complaint Centre as well as concerned dealer namely Part Services (9810179930 ph. No.) but all in vain. Nobody came for any services inspite of so many calls and mails except for one occasion when they did the wet servicing and informed us that at that the AC can not work more than that and at that time AC was not working effectively. Since then nobody has come for any services insite of our so many efforts. This is to be brought to your notice that the Airconditioner is within warranty period and withing 1 year only it has started working inefficiently causing us lot of inconvenience in this peak summer season. We are totally disappointed with the AC and services of such a reputed company BLUE STAR.

This is requested to blue star company to replace the AC as soon as possible or refund the whole amount of the AC else we will initiate legal proceedings against BLUE STAR company.
