Improper service

We purchased a bluestar ac before 11 months with proper billing and taxes. Now it is not working. According to there bill they were providing the warranty of 1 year. But the company is not giving the service after complaining them. The complaint no is 117923 submettid on date 24/5. We purchaesed this AC from Air Command, Unit No -30, Ground floor CSC-1, DDA Market, Sector -3 Rohini, Delhi. The bill no-2211 purchased on date 11/6. They are waiting to complete the warranty period. It wiil finish on 11/6. There are only 13 days remaining in warranty.

Please take some action against the company as soon as possible.
