NON COOLING OF SPLIT AC

I have purchased Blue Star Split AC Model: 2HW181YC-VERTI COOLSPLIT AC 2.5 TR-VCE301SC/2HW181YC, FROM Dass Associates, Kalka Ji on 5/4 installed on 6/4 at my residence 1740/6, IIIrd Floor, Govindpuri Extension, Kalka Ji, New Delhi-110019. I have faced problem of Non Cooling and lodged complaint on 21/5 via TICKET NO B1205210870. I have given phone number of dealer Parth Services 9810179930 after several follow up the dealer has given me another no of Mr Balbir 9891487960. After many follow up my complaint was entertained by dealer but still I am facing the problem of non cooling and again yesterday requested to reopen my complaint. I have informed that my problem will be resolved within 24 hours but till time nobody has come from your side to resolve the problem.

You are kindly requested to look into this matter urgently.
