BLOWER GIVING ABNORMAL NOISE

Sir,

In Kathua i have purchased one blue star split ac from SK SALES CORPORATION who have purchased it from THREE STAR ELECTRONICS JAMMU for sale purpose in the name of my father MR.ML BRAROO in the month of april. The product is under warranty and now for past five -six days its blower fan is giving abnormal noise whose complaint was regedtred with three star electronics three days back but still no responce was provided by threr side. I have purchased this ac as my daughter who is 10 months old is haaving irretation with heat she cannot tolerate heat. Kindly help me out.
