Slot of Sim Card 1 not working.. defective piece given

Subject: Request to exchange the “Boss e 3300” phone purchased by me through Naaptol since it is a defective piece.

Reference: Order No.309115 dated 15th April. Seller Name: Krishna Traders.

Sir,

With reference to the captioned subject and reference, you are hereby informed that I have purchased the aforesaid cellular phone i.e. “Boss e 3300” on 15.4.2010 through Naaptol.

However, it is brought to your notice that since day one, I was not able to use the Slot for Sim Card 1 and therefore, I was using the Slot for Sim Card 2 in the mobile phone. It is pertinent to note that I had no idea as to what was the problem but I thought I had to insert two sim cards at a time and then only it would be possible to use the slot for sim 1.

Recently, when I borrowed the sim card of my friend and checked both the slots for Sim Card 1 and Sim Card 2, then also I was not able to use the phone from Sim Card 1. Therefore, it appears that there is some technical defect in the said slot.

On account of the said defect in phone, I am not able to see the call register in the ‘sub-menu’ since it is showing calls of Sim Card No.1 only and for the said purpose I have go to the main menu every time and has to see the call register every time for any miss call or just dialed call.

It is also pertinent to note that recently when I had gone to store a contact number in the said phone, I was not able to do so though I had given all the details asked for therein. It appears that I may be at fault. But since no demo is shown to me for storing any contact number, I am not able to store the same. It is required to be noted that I had filled in all the fields for storing a number, however, all in vain.

Thus, by way of this communication, I hereby call upon you to kindly exchange my phone forthwith since it falls under a warranty period as the warrant is for six months and the said defect appears to be a manufacturing fault.

You are hereby called upon to give me your mailing address so that I can post you the letters since I am not well versed with the internet. Kindly reply through the post only.

This is nothing but a sheer lack of service on your part because before giving delivery of a good, the company is supposed to check the same from all the angles before its reaches the customer.

However, I have faith in the company.

Kindly do the needful forthwith.
