BOSS SMART 630
SPEAKER NOT WORKING

My boss smart 630 mobile phone delivered to me on 12/02 without 2GB memory card as mentioned in naaptol website. Secondly the charger went off, now the phones speaker is not working. Above all those complaints has been made regularly to naaptol but in vain nothing is being done only the reply comes that your complaint is forwarded to seniors. I am shutteling between BLUE DART office and home to courier the mobile to vendor as said by naaptol but courier company says that they not received e-mail from naaptol to accept the product. I am difficulties as i could not hear the ring of incoming call.
