Dear Sirs,

This is to inform you that we have send our TV Model FXR (SWSS) to Anantapur service center as your service center people said said we do not have service boys at present. So have handed over the same by ourselves in the service center during Match 2011 for repaire purpose and it was repaired and returned. But the same problem arised after two days of delivery. Then we called the service center again and they came and repaired once, but it worked only a day. Again we have intimated the problem to the service centre. Then they said bring the TV to the Service Centre for checking and repaire. The same was sent to Service Center vide Field Call Sheet No. 592 dated 17.5.11. But till date the said TV was not repaired by your service centre and they telling that spares not yes received from head office when even we visit/call the centre. So I request you to kindly get the repaire done at least by now as already 3 and half month passed. Please note that since 6 months the TV is not working.

So please go through the same and arrange to get the work done at the earliest.
