Ac life is 2 years as you will not get service after that

People beaware, you will not get timely services from samsung india as there is no one take care after sales service in this country. I have a window ac of 1.5 ton which i purchsed in 2009. Since last 6 months i am very much fed up with the performance of that ac and on calling customer care i am getting monotonous lines by the executive " sir your call will be attended within 24 hours and you will get a call by today evening before 8 pm" but i am surprised to beleive that for samsung, 24 hours means 3-4 days and still i am waiting the service man to take care my ac.

i have logged a service request on 20/5 at 9.23 am but nobody turned up yet i.e. on 22nd may 1 pm. wherein i had put in several reminders at the call center but no reverts except punch line from samsung" sir your call will be attended within 24 hours and you will get a call by today evening before 8 pm"
