SMS not receiving

Dear sir,

On my mobile no.-9430073498 SMS's are not delivered as well as received. I had made a complaint against it a lot of times. It is not working since last seven months. Last complain had been made by me on 24-feb-11 and it's complaint number is 51487.Please take action as soon as possible and if necessary contact me on 9430073498 or on my email id-nehachou30@gmail.com.
