Faulty camera

I have brought sony cybershot hx100 ten days back... the day i bought in the camera's internal components were shaking..i informed the respective person in reliance digital about that... in first instance instance they said that the camera has the motor because of which it shakes.. latter consulted to the skilled person and well versed with the knowledge about camera stated that " the camera is faulty"..even i took the same to the show room and compared with the other same peace..the camera was having manufacturing default... the concern people in reliance digital stated that they will not replace it but get it repaired... please tell me..the day i bought the camera from that that day the camera is faulty and they are not replacing it..i have paid hard earn 22, 500rs for the camera... please suggest what can be done... the service at the reliance digital is very bad... the sales person is not having any knowledge about the camera...
