Dear sir,

we purchase a BSNL mobile handset (one year gaurantee) from GUNGUN COMMUNICATION railway road Ganjdundwara distt kanshiramnagar uttar pradesh.

we used only one months with this mobile handset in purchase date the 9.11.2008 and i give up bsnl G200 CF handset to gungun commounication in december.

our mobile handset not repair refund back today please help me thanks
