C3-00 Complaint
To replace the steel coated Knobs of C3-00 Model Nokia Handset

A complaint was lodged complaint Ref. No.10056, dtd.15.11.2011 to resolve the issue at the earliest. Mr. Sriram has contacted and he said the same will be replaced within two days. But to our dismay, the same could not be happend.

As we are experiencing utmost inconvenience, it is requested to settle the issue on priority.
