Mobile problem

Sir,

I purchased Celkon-999 mobile from a shop (Mayfair mobiles, Chikkadapally) in September 10th. I am facing many problems with this mobile. First thing is the shop person cheated by selling the second handset (already used). Unfortunately without knowing I purchased. Secon thing is mobile also giving many problems like batter backup, mouse problem, keapad problem and also locked. I have contacted the shop person after 18 days due to my non availability in city. The shop person simply rejected my complaint and advised me to go to mobile service centre., I have given it to Primetech mobile servicing centre also but they didn't do anything. still it is giving problem.
