Timtara.com/Sony digital camera
Product not received even after 3 weeks

Dear Sir,

i have booked a digital camera of Sony Cyber Shot DSC W 610 (Green) dated 27/05, against order no:10261704, worth Rs 5150, with TIMTARA.COM, payment through SBI debit card. On website they have mentioned delivery within 15 to 20 days, but now its more than 3 weeks duration still i have not received the product and it still it's showing shipment awaiting, even after several e-mail i am not getting any response from costomer care team regarding any confirmation of delivery.
