Finally AC is Not working at all only fan is working

Today i got call from Mr Ajay and he told me that my AC is fine reason of noise is room size and same for cooling. I told him that my brother also has same make and model AC but he refuse to listen. and said do what you want to do. But at the evening My AC stops working and now only fan is working. Now Compressor is not working so noise. Waiting for response team call as i tried to call but he didnt pick. Also i request consumer complaint team to post my complaint as this is height of unproffessionalism.
