Stolen house hold articles

I have deposited my household articles for two years since Dec. When I came in Aug to take back my materials I could find Onida Microwave oven, LG Dvd player, Mixer, Matress and few costly books were stolen and computer table, Drawing table, crockery trolley were damaged completely. When I approached Mr. Ramesh Br. Manager of Caravan Packer at Delhi office, he said he cannot help and to do whatever u can. The total value of stolen and damage items were abt 30000 INR. Need some solution for the same.
