Carrier 1.5 ton duracool split ac
Remote not returned

I had bought 4 Ac's from croma in December and on Jan one of my split ac (serial no: 500170945081002427) was down and an engineer (Nitin Balchada from weather care engineers Bhandup) from career came and told that squirrel has cut the wires of my ac and he needs to take the remote and circuit with him for servicing and then he came back and fitted the circuit but dint returned the remote i have contacted career several times but since last one year i have not received any response from their side.(Receipt no 501 dated 23-01)

Last month there was a problem in another split ac and the guy (moin from kool tech refrigeration Kurla) for career came and said that compressor was not functioning and it needs to be replaced he took the ac and came back in 3 days and since the power not there in my area he took the payment of Rs3500 as gas filling and service charges and left and told that ac is working fine and u ca n check it when power comes but when the power came i started the ac it was still not giving any cooling and i called the service agency in charge Mr Abu he told me that he would send the engineer next day but no one appeared for 2days and then i lodged the complaint on customer care several times still no one came then after few days i called the customer care again an then an engineer came and after checking the ac told that there was a gas leak and i need to pay him Rs 750 as visiting charges and Rs 3000 for gas filling.

So then for what did i pay for earlier.(Receipt no 2345, 2637and 2775 dated 12-5, 24-5, and26-5 respectively)

and will the problem in my 2 ac one is without remote and another not working be ever solved
