Non-availability of technician for service

Hi i purchased carrier Window 1.5 tonnage gen x1 on 30/05 with invoice no. 2149 at Khammam, sri srinivasa auto & general stores. 3 days back thermostat was failed and immediately informed to the above said dealer for arrangement of service person. simply he replier that is your headache. we are not responsible for that. In addition to this, once customer was purchased the item from you, you can't do any thing even in the warranty we may not provide service. utmost you can give the complaint to the company.
