When we buy a carrier product we assume we will get service. But to our utmost dismay carrier has totally failed us. Please read below :

1. We lodged our request to avail of free service for A/c (2 nos.) bought through Sai Aircon, New Rajinder Nagar during 2010. The request was lodged on April 30th at your service Center and the Nos. given to us was DEL-7107. We were assured within 48hrs the service would be provided.

2. We called on Monday May 2nd and were informed Sunday is a Off day and the service engineer would come today, i.e Monday May 2nd. We waited, No one came and no call was received from any Service engineer.

3. Called again on May 5th. The Agents at the call center were surprised that no one has come to do the service. We were assured it will happen by evening. No one came and on one called.

4. Called again on 6th. Same response as above. We asked for the number of Supervisor so that we can escalate the issue. We were assured it would be done by Friday evening.

5. Called again on May 7th. To our utter surprise we were informed that the service has already been done! When we informed that this is not correct we were told a Senior person will call us on within a few hours. I would have made atleast 6 calls on Saturday but the issue remains unresolved.

Do you think a customer has nothing else but to chase the service center (10 calls) and put on hold for atleast 15-20 mts (please listen to the conversation).

on may 9th I called up again and has been given a new ticket number!

PLEASE AVOID BUYING A CARRIER A/C
