Horrible after sales service

Hi

This is to report the pathetic after sales service of Carrier AC. This is the third time my ac is giving trouble. Every time i called up their service centre but they cared a damn. This time also there is no difference in their behaviour. I called up at-least 50 times but every time only make a promise of a call back which never happened and no technician had visited the complaint site. Now I have left with no other choice then going to the local technician...

I registered my complaint on 1st June and they were supposed to solve it within 48 hrs???
