I would like to use this platform to share my compaint for malfunctioning of carrier aircon's AC (1 ton split) and sheer arogance of service franchise to flatly refuse to service the same in spite of valid AMC and indifferent attitude of of its mumbai service team.

I am cursing the moment when i decided to buy Carrier's AC in 2008.
