Carrier airconditioner
Supplied a defective piece

I have purchased a Carrier 1.5 T AC and they have sent a damaged piece. This was noticed when installation technician came for install. We have contacted reliance digital for replacement and the response has been so bad. RD says they have register with carrier cell for replacement.By the time the approval came they do not have other piece to replace. RD says they can deliver a new piece after 3 days and not ready to refund the money. I am fed up with this store and will never anything from here in my life time.
