Hello All,

Please NEVER BUY A CARRIER AC IN THE NOIDA REGION... because you will be forced to avail after-sale service from the authorized centre HI-TECH SERVICES, B-14, SECTOR-64, NOIDA. PH- 9213495196 and 0120-4356365.

I AM VERY UNHAPPY AND HARRASSED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE ABOVE CENTRE FOR MY CARRIER WINDOW 1.5 TON AC, over the last five years.

I SUSPECT MY AC HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH BY HI-TECH SERVICES WHEN TAKEN BY THEM TO THEIR WORK-SHOP, FOR REPAIRS.

I say this because in five years (including one year of warranty on entire unit) almost all parts of the AC have been found faulty and replaced - WITH FULL COST TO US INCLUDING THE ESCALATING SERVICE CHARGE-

I have paid for new PCB, NEW FAN MOTOR, GAS FILLING HAS HAPPENED TWICE EVERY SEASON, and the latest compressor change (which was within 5year warranty hence done free of cost but with only one month guarantee and with gas filling charge of 2758 rupees). YES, THE MONTH HAS FINISHED AND THE AC IS NOT WORKING...

i condemn the carrier company for authorizing repairs to HI-TECH SERVICES, B-14, SECTOR-64, NOIDA. PH- 9213495196 and 0120-4356365.

Hope new unsuspecting consumers stand warned!!!
