Non Availability of Service

Dear Sir,

I have taken Carrier AC in 2007 & every year I am taking PAID AMC (Annual maintanince Contract). Every year my AC go to workshop because of Gas leakgae, this is my first concern that product is so bad or service is poor.

Secondly, this year also i have taken PAID AMC in Apr 11 & chekced by them. It was OK at that time but again now gas leaked. I registered complain on 04th May 11 & continously follow up with company agency but they very casullay say 'GAS IS OUT OF STOCK' & its being not attended.

If in the summer season they are not able to resolve such problems then there is no point of AMC

Please help.
