Complaint about A.C. - Durakool Plus Range

I own a Durakool Plus AC. I have purchased it a year back in the month of May. Everything is fine in this product but the basic problem is the blades of the AC. When the swing mode is switched on, the blades move more in the upward direction & less in the downward direction. Where the cool air is going, nobody knows...

I would like to please look into the matter as early as you can...
