Efrigerator not working

With reference to ur refrigerator, hereby i would like to state my bad experience. And that too i’m suffering till date.

We have ur refrigerator approx 1 yr old and is under cover warranty of 5 yrs.

From last 2 months that is not working, and after repeated requests 3 times the gas was filled but the problem remained same.

Situation at present is that v contact everybody from customer helpline, senior or anybody v could request, but all went in vain.

So-called senior technicians and engineers have visited till date, but the problem remain the same.

Being small shop keeper, i suffered the full season without sale of ice-cream, also twice i filled the inventory but that got melt and waste, concluding a loss of 18000/-

Hence hereby i request u to consider the case and, replace the machine or do the needful at the earliest.
