I have purchased 1 ton window Ac model- Estrella on 4 Mar from OK televisions Thane. 09 Mar person came from Carrier for Demo. The gentleman informed that the grill is defective and took the grill back. He informed that grill will replaced soon. Today is 22March 11 days are over and we are still to receive grill back. Every time I call I am informed that it will be done in 2 days.
Kindly let me know what legal action I can take. Please guide.
