Ref: Our complaint/request No. MUM 2075

I have purchased 1t. R carrier split AC from DEW POINT, Dombivli ON 02/05/10.

As per term there are 3 free services, but till today

we availed only one service.

We are again and again contact DEW Point & Carrier

they are again and again assuring us that they will

send the Engineer, but no action is taken.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

as early as possible.
