Pls take necessary actn.
AC Purchased dt.-14th June from RAJ-Electronics-BBSR.
From installation I am facing low cooling problem & water leakage at indoor unit due to improper installation of your Company Executive.
Previous Ref. Complain no as below.

Dt.12.09.2010 -KOLO460
Dt. 26.09.2010 -KOL981
Dt. 16.05.Complain no was not received.
Recent complain no-KOL3033 dted-31.05.2012
But still no one visit for rectification of fault.
From Beginning AC Create problem due to improper Installation.
Every time your engg. visited & provided temporary solution till today no permanent solution provided to me.
Kindly take Urgent action to rectify the Fault.
