Replacement of parts within warranty period two weeks have passed by

On July1 we have asked the service centre of Carrier, JOY.S.ENTERPRISE, PH.:03612464328.GUWAHATI, ASSAM. To fix our complain what ever may be, which falls within the warranty period. They took up the complaint and assured us to do the needful at the earliest, but to vain, till today theyare toying with us. On the 12day I went personally to the service centre, there they told me that they would get it fixed by evening, so Itook the cell No. of the person who assured me, than again in the evening he tells me he will get it fixed the next day. Next day again I go to the service centre in the evening because the person stopped receiving my calls, Imeet the owner of the service centre who is another ROUGE, he tells the other person has gone to the company C&F to get the parts inthe morning, the company is not providing with the parts. TILL now on the 14 of JULY we are at their mercy.
