Delay in replacement

Fan was purchased from CSD. it developed problem of abnormal noise after 01 yr.it was taken to service centre at sainath enterprises. repair attempt was made. still noise persisted. again it was taken to service centre on 16 jun 12. it was told that product will be replaced on 18 jun 12. contacted several times but product is not handed over till date. very-2 poor service at sainath enterprises.r godown is located just 1 km away from the service centre, still this much delay. it is just harassment to customers. Request hand over the product at the earliest.
