My fan motor not working & fans blade is broken

I Iqbal shaikh a loyal customer of your company has been very using your fan for very long time and use to advices other to buy same

But for Last 1 month I had a very bad experiences I bought a ceiling fan (Freedom 1200mm G Brown) but after using just for 3 month my ceiling fan speed started to go down and after some time its one of the Blade got a crack I complain to the store Roopam Ceiling fan Santa Cruz west Mumbai 54 and he advices that a company man will come to your house for repair but the day pass and I did not got any call from any company man nor shopkeeper so I called your services center No 9221313939 Mr Vijay He gave me complain no 1510 and told me that he will sent as soon as possible after some days his man Name Rama cell no 9323627458 came for vist and told he will be coming in two days to repair but again days pass and no one came so i complain on your site and it work they came after 2 days and still did not bring the proper equipment to work today my complain is as it is only thing they change is the blade

nothing else.

Sir I would like to see my dearest company in the action as it use to be your people are not taught to talk properly and to attend complain every one seems to be putting their work on other

so plz help the customer & get good sales back
