It is not charging

I perchaged celcon c 999 mobile in your big c show room at laxmipuram branch in guntur. it is not charging .i told this matter to your manager. the manager told " switch off the mobile and charge it mobile." i done same. then there is no result until today. second time i went to your show room i told same and he replace its battery. then there is no result. its not charging i told show room manager to replace the mobil. he didnot replace the mibile and he answered recklessly and unreasonly. so please concider my problem and solve the problem as early as possible. my address. vvvappaiah, fno.304, bhararpet pet, 7th line, amaravathi road, guntur. cell no. 9985242179, 8197320829. at present i am in banglore.
