Mobile not charging

I perchaged celcon c999 mobile two months back. it was not charging. the show room manager says "switchoff mobile and charge it. " i done same but there is no result, it was not charging. second day i went to your office and told same, the manager replace the battery and he says your problem end. third we put the mobile in charging. it was not charging .then i went to your showroom and ask the manager about this matter and replace the mobile. the manager talks roodly, reckless and meaningless. i am in banglore from 45 days. so please settle my problem as early as possible
