Worst costumer care

Sir my name is Anand. K and Iam a customer of BSNL cellone excel, my complaint is the Hyderabad customer care is not working properly when I call them the reply is wait for four minutes our customer care staff are at work and the time to connect to them is minimum three or four minutes and immediately after two minutes the call will be ended. This is going on for the previous three months and Iam facing severe problem with this regarding solving my problems.
