Sir,

As I am placed in a smaller city compared to Metros i have been experiencing lot of difficulties even trying to establish contacts with your head office in chennai and bangalore and due to lack of co-operation i am forced to bring this complaint to your notice. the HP All In One Model 5610 Printer bought by me two years back is not repairable as per your customer service care centre (Redington India Ltd,

Dhantoli) here at Nagpur. I have learnt from reliable sources as well your dealer here in nagpur, that the particular model is not reparable and against that I can be given a printer in Exchange for the same. I am also ready to pay theprice difference against the said printer. Looking forward to your reply from your end. However it has been very frustrating and dissappointing with no proper assistance or guidance whatsoever from your head offices nor your helpline nos. It is most unfortunate that a company of such repute has no solutions to the customers problems and no proper grievance cell. If no cognisance is taken of my complaint i will be forced to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Forum.
